Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Cibertest (cibertest.com). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Cibertest is a platform to practice and prove your knowledge through exams, tests and other online activities. Access is free and funded by advertising (section 7).
We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
2. Minimum age and your account
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are between 14 and 17, your parents or guardians must know about and allow your use of Cibertest. If the law of your country requires an older age for any use of your data, that age applies.
The details you sign up with must be true. Each account is personal: do not share it or use it to impersonate someone else. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. If you think someone has accessed it, change your password and let us know.
Your username and your stats (points, streak, badges and ranking position) are public and appear on your profile and in the rankings. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy and cookie policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use bots, scripts or other automated means to answer exams, manipulate the rankings or copy content in bulk.
You may not publish illegal, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others, nor try to harm the platform or other users.
If you break these rules, we may cancel scores, remove content or suspend your account (section 9).
4. Content you submit
You can submit your own exams, created with the platform's wizard or with the help of artificial intelligence. By submitting them, you state that you have the right to do so and that they do not copy protected works of others. If you use artificial intelligence, check the result: you are responsible for it as if you had written it yourself.
You remain the author of what you submit. When you publish it, you grant Cibertest a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable license to host, reproduce, display, adapt (correct it, change its format or combine it with other content), translate and make it available to the public on Cibertest and in its channels and promotional materials. Cibertest may have service providers working for it carry out these tasks, and the license passes to any future owner of Cibertest.
We respect your moral rights: we will show your username as the author where the feature allows it, and we will not alter your content in a way that harms your reputation. If you delete your account, your published content stays on Cibertest, but without your name. If the law grants you a right to withdraw your work, you can exercise it by writing to [email protected], under the conditions that law sets.
Cibertest may review, correct, merge or reject any content, before or after publishing it. If we remove content of yours for breaking these terms, we will tell you whenever possible.
5. Reporting content
If you believe content on Cibertest is illegal or infringes your rights (for example, your copyright), write to [email protected] with a link to the content and the reason. If you are claiming a right of your own, also explain how you can prove you hold it. We will review it and remove it if appropriate.
6. Cibertest intellectual property
The brand, design, software and all other original content of the platform belong to Cibertest or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them without written permission.
7. Advertising and memberships
Cibertest shows third-party ads, such as Google AdSense. How ads and advertising cookies work is explained in the Privacy and cookie policy.
There may be memberships that, among other benefits, remove ads. Before you buy one, we will tell you its price, duration, renewal terms and how to cancel it.
8. Liability
The content is for educational and entertainment purposes. Although we try to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the service will run without interruptions. The results of the exams are not official certifications.
To the extent permitted by law, Cibertest is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, except those caused by intent or gross negligence. This limitation does not affect the rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Suspension, deactivation and deletion of your account
You can deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings. Deactivation can be undone: if you sign in again, your account is reactivated.
If you want to delete it permanently, write to [email protected] from your account's email address. We will erase your personal data as explained in the Privacy and cookie policy. Content you have published remains subject to section 4.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or with a notice on Cibertest at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date; if you keep using Cibertest afterwards, the new version applies.
If you have any questions about these terms, write to us at [email protected].
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lima. This does not take away any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim before the authorities or courts where you live.
